| Activating Your Service |
Your Ukraine SIM card will provide you with a Ukraine cellular phone number, which can be found on the front of your user guide.
- Travel to Ukraine
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Insert the Ace SIM chip into the cellular phone*
- Turn on your phone
- Enter the default PIN code (1111)^
- Start calling**
Customer service for your Ukraine prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing *466 at any time from your Ukraine cellular phone.
For your reference, the emergency numbers while in Ukraine are: 02 for Police, 03 for Ambulance, 01 for Fire
* You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Ukraine SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Ukraine SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^ Your Ukraine SIM card requires a 4-digit PIN code which can be found under the black tab located under the Ukraine SIM card. The PUK is only required to unblock your phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
** When calling overseas from the United States to your Ukraine cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 380 and then your Ukraine cell phone number . To call abroad from your Ukraine cellular phone, simply dial 00 or the �+� key followed by the country code and phone number. To call Telestial you would dial 0018582742686 |

Roaming Calls (calls placed when traveling outside of the country) Now you can use your Ukraine cellular service when you travel abroad in the following countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey and the UK.
Be advised that calling rates start at over $1 per minute and international roaming should be viewed as a very expensive convenience. You will need to purchase airtime credit prior to departing the Ukraine because they do not sell Ace and Base airtime in any of the roaming countries. |

| Adding Airtime |
Ace and Base recharge cards are available at most convenience stores, tabac shops and petrol stations throughout the Ukraine. They may be purchased in denominations of 25 UAH (US $4.70), 50 UAH (US $9.50), 100 UAH (US $20.00) or 300 UAH (US $49.50). To recharge your Ukraine service, simply follow the instructions below.
- Purchase an Ace and Base airtime voucher
- Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
- Enter *433 and press �yes/ok/send�
- Enter the 14-digit recharge voucher code when prompted followed by #
REMEMBER: Do NOT purchase another Ukraine SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a Ukraine recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime. |

If you do not recharge your Ukraine SIM card within 1 year of your initial use, your Ukraine SIM card and phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. Every time you add airtime to your Ukraine SIM card the validity of your Ukraine SIM card will be extended by another year. |
