We ship from 3 warehouses, located in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. If you reside outside the United States and your order is for a product that is not currently in stock in your local warehouse, you can have the order fulfilled from the United States and delivered to you by international courier.
We cannot ship to hostels, hotels or motels. Shipping to a home or work address is preferable.
Shipping to the United States
Your package will be shipped to you by Fedex, UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS)
You must place your order by 5pm East Coast time between Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands incurs an additional surcharge. Tracking is available unless specified. Delivery time may be quicker than specified, but not guaranteed.

Shipping to Canada
Your package will be shipped to you from either Canada or the United States, depending on which product you order. If dispatched from Canada, your package will be shipped to you by Purolator or Canada Post. You must place your order by 12 noon Toronto, Canada time between Monday to Friday for the quickest delivery.
