| Activating Your Service |
Your Belize service will provide you with a Belize local cellular phone number, which can be found on the back SIM card package. The number begins with 602.
- Travel to Belize
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Insert the Belize SIM card into the mobile phone*
- Turn on the phone
- Start calling**
Customer service for your Belize prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 08003444235 at any time from your Belize cellular phone.
For emergencies while using your local Belize GSM SIM card in Belize please dial 112 from your cell phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Belize SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Belize SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Belize cellular phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 501 and then your Belize cell phone number. To call abroad from your Belize cell phone, simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number. To call Telestial you would dial 0018582742686 |

| Adding Airtime |
Your Belize SIM card (Digicell) comes with an initial starter airtime credit of BZ$10 (approx. US$5.00). Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes (NOT another SIM card). These airtime vouchers are available from Telestial (Voucher PIN will be sent via email) and locally in Belize, at convenience stores, petrol stations, Digicell shops and authorized dealers in the following denominations:
- BZD 10 (approx. US$5)
- BZD 20 (approx. US$10)
- BZD 30 (approx. US$15)
- BZD 50 (approx. US$25)
To recharge your Belize service, simply follow the steps below.
- Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
- Dial *10 then press �yes/ok/send�
- Follow the voice prompts
