| Activating Your Service |
Your Belgium SIM card will provide you with a Belgium cellular phone number that is printed on the reverse side of your Belgium SIM card packaging.
- Travel to Belgium
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Slide your Belgium IDT SIM card into the mobile phone*
- Turn on your phone
- Type in your PIN (default is 1111)
- Start calling**
Customer service for your Belgium Mobile prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 1976 at any time from your Belgium cellular phone.
For your reference, the emergency numbers while in Belgium are: 101 for Police, 100 for Ambulance and Fire
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Belgium SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Belgium SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Belgium cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 32 and then your Belgium cell phone number. To call abroad from your Belgium cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number. For example, to call Telestial you would dial 0018582742686 |

Your Belgium service comes with an initial credit of EUR 10.00 (approx. US$15.00). Adding airtime has never been easier than with your Belgium SIM card. Simply purchase a recharge voucher code from Telestial (Voucher PIN will be sent via email) or locally in Belgium at convenience stores, tobacco shops and authorized dealers, then follow the instructions below.
- Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
- Dial 1966 and enter your 15-digit recharge voucher code, followed by #
OR
- SMS “LOAD” followed by a space and your 15-digit recharge voucher code to 1966
REMEMBER: Do NOT purchase another SIM card when your airtime is depleted. All you need to do is purchase a recharge voucher to top up your SIM card. |
