Your Trinidad & Tobago SIM card will provide you with a Trinidad & Tobago cellular phone number, which can be found on the welcome letter inside your SIM card package. The number begins with 89.
- Travel to Trinidad and Tobago
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Insert the Digicel SIM card into your GSM phone*
- Turn on your phone
- Begin calling**
Customer service for your Trinidad and Tobago Digicel prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 100 at any time from your Trinidad and Tobago cellular phone.
For emergencies while using your local Trinidad and Tobago GSM SIM card in Trinidad and Tabago please dial 112 from your cell phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Trinidad and Tobago SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Trinidad and Tobago SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Trinidad and Tobago cell phone, callers will need to dial 1 (same country code as the US) followed your Trinidad and Tobago cell phone number.
