| Activating Your Service |
Your Morocco SIM card will provide you with a Morocco cellular phone number, which you will receive as soon as you have arrived in Morocco and activate your service.
- Travel to Morocco
- Be sure that the battery is charged
- Insert the Morocco SIM card into your mobile phone*
- Turn on the phone
- Enter your PIN Code^
- Wait until �IAM� appears on your screen
- Dial 555 (free of charge) then press �yes/ok/send� to find out your Morocco cell phone number
- You will be given your new Morocco cell phone number number^^
- Start calling**
You can reach customer service for your Morocco prepaid SIM card by dialing 888 (charges may apply) from your Morocco cellular phone.
For emergencies while using your local Morocco GSM SIM card in Morocco please dial 112 from your cell phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Morocco SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Morocco SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^Your PIN and PUK numbers can be found on the back of the plastic card your SIM card is detached from. If you accidentally enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times your SIM card will be blocked. You will need the PUK number to unblock it.
^^You will be given your Morocco cell phone number in French and Arabic. We recommend you ask the hotel staff to do this for you. Alternatively, you can find out your new Morocco cell phone number by calling another cell phone in Morocco and viewing the number that appears on the screen of the cell phone you are calling to.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Morocco cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 212 and then your Morocco cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Morocco cell phone simply dial + followed by the country code and phone number. To call Telestial you would dial +18582742686 |

Domestic rates are listed per minute for outgoing calls within Morocco from your prepaid Morocco SIM card while you are in Morocco. All incoming calls, regardless of where they originate, are FREE.
There are 2 plans to choose from, Jawal Classic and Jawal Youth. The Jawal Classic is the default plan. You can switch plans at anytime by calling 888 from your prepaid Morocco SIM card (charges may apply).

Your prepaid Morocco SIM card comes with an initial airtime credit of MAD 30 (approx. US$3.70). Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes (not another SIM card) in Morocco. Airtime vouchers are available locally in Morocco at local Tabac shops, convenience stores, gas stations, Post offices, Jawal shops and authorized dealers. Airtime vouchers are available in the following denominations:

Once you buy a top-up card, follow these simple steps to top up:
- Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your voucher code
- Dial 555 and then press 1
- When prompted enter your 14-digit recharge voucher code
- OR
- Send an SMS to 555 that has the # sign followed by your 14-digit recharge voucher code
- For example if your 14-digit recharge voucher code is 12345678912345, the correct format would be #12345678912345
Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.

| Service Life |
Your prepaid Morocco SIM card is valid for 6 months upon activation. If you do not recharge your prepaid Morocco SIM card within the 6-month period, your service will expire and your mobile phone number will be recycled.
The service life of your prepaid Morocco SIM card will be extended a further 6 months every time you load an airtime voucher. |
