| Activating Your Service |
Your Israel SIM card will provide you with a Israel cellular phone number, which can be found printed under a bar code on your Cellcom envelope. The number begins with 052.
- Travel to Israel
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Insert the Israel SIM chip into the cellular phone*
- Turn on your phone
- Enter the PIN code^
- Dial *778 and press 0 at the voice prompt to activate your service
- Start calling**
Customer service for your Israel Cellcom prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing *333 at any time from your Israel cellular phone.
For emergencies while using your local Israel GSM SIM card in Israel please dial 112 from your cell phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Israel SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Israel SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Israel cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 972 and then your Israel cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Israel cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number. To call Telestial you would dial 0018582742686 |

Recharging your Israel service has never been easier. After your initial airtime has depleted you simply purchase a Cellcom recharge card at most local tabac shops, convenience stores, petrol stations, or Cellcom authorized dealers. To recharge your Israel service, simply follow the instructions below.

- Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
- Dial *2112 and press 2 for English
- Enter your recharge voucher code, when prompted

| Service Life |
Your Israel service has an initial validity period of 12 months. To keep your Israel service active, you need to recharge your service at least once within these 12 months. Failing to do so will result in your cell phone number to be recycled and any remaining airtime to become forfeit. In order to continue using your Israel service, you will need to purchase another SIM card. |
