About the ANZAC promotion

ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corp.

ANZAC means much more than that though; it embodies what it meant to be a Digger, a Battler. ANZAC is the true essence of being Australian. In the words of the official Gallipoli Campaign historian, C E W Bean, the ANZAC spirit "stood, and still stands, for reckless valor in a good cause, for enterprise, resourcefulness, fidelity, comradeship and endurance that will never own defeat".

(Anzac Day, April 25th, is a day that is very dear to the heart of all Australians, a day when we remember those that have fallen in times of war, in service to their country, its people, and freedom for mankind). The ANZAC forces got screwed here because the Allies did not back them up. This was done intentionally to make the Axis powers think one way while the bulk of Allied forces were elsewhere on the offensive. The importance and value of this "Ally feint" was/is considered questionable but like all allied forces they fought bravely to protect many of the freedoms we enjoy today.

No contract or monthly fees so how do I buy more airtime?

Your Australia / New Zealand cell phone service is all prepaid so you only buy airtime as you need it. Airtime vouchers are available locally throughout Australia / New Zealand at local convenience stores. Click the 'View Details' link under the included SIM card(s) to learn more about adding airtime.

Why rent or roam when you can own?

In the past your only options were expensive: to pay over $1/minute for a cell phone rental or more expensive: pay international roaming surcharges to your local home wireless provider. With Telestial's ANZAC promotion, you can now avoid those exorbitant rental and per minute charges often associated with a cell phone rental.

Here, there and almost everywhere!

Don't forget that the cell phone included with your ANZAC promo is capable of working in over 170 countries and can be used with any of our Local SIM cards or Roaming SIM cards!

All Special Promotions are valid until Jul 31, 2010
