| Activating Your Service |
Your Poland SIM card will provide you with a Poland cellular phone number, which can be found on the back of our SIM card package. The number begins with 6and is 9 digits in length.
To activate your Poland service you must place an outgoing call. Then you MUST recharge within 14 days in order for your service to remain active.
- Travel to Poland
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Insert the Poland SIM chip into the cellular phone*
- Turn on your phone
- Enter the PIN1 code (if required)^
- Set voice prompts to English^^
- Start calling**
Customer service for your Poland Orange prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing *100 from your cell phone or 510 100 100 from a landline at any time from your Poland cellular phone.
For your reference, the emergency numbers while in Poland are: 997 for Police, 999 for Ambulance, 998 for Fire
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Poland SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Poland SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^Your phone will prompt you for a 4 digit PIN code, which is located in the duo-fold envelope opposite the Era Poland SIM card. You will be prompted for PIN1. The PUK is only required to unblock your phone if you enter a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Poland cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 48 and then your Poland cell phone number. To call abroad from your Poland cell phone, simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number. To call Telestial you would dial 0018582742686 |

International Calls Making international calls from your world cell phone has never been easier than with your prepaid Poland SIM card. All rates are per minute for international outgoing calls from a Poland prepaid SIM card while in Poland. | Adding Airtime |
Your SIM card has an initial airtime credit of 5 PLN (approx. US$2.00). Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes, not another SIM card, in Poland. Airtime vouchers are available locally in Poland at Tabac shops, convenience stores, Orange shops and authorized dealers. These airtime vouchers are available in 5 PLN (approx. US$2.00), 25 PLN (approx. US$9.90), 50 PLN (approx. US$19.82) and 100 PLN (US$39.63) denominations. Depending on your recharge denomination your domestic rates will become cheaper. To recharge your Poland service, simply follow the instructions below.

- Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
- Follow the instructions on your recharge card
REMEMBER: Do NOT purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted, you only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime. |
