Your Iraq cell phone number is located on the reverse side of your SIM card packaging under the bar code titled 'Kit Code'. Omit the leading 4 characters and your number will begin 01 or 02...

Customer service for your Iraq prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 444 [send] at any time from your Iraq cellular phone.
For emergencies while using your local Iraq GSM SIM card in Iraq please dial 112 from your cell phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Iraq SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Iraq SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the Iraq SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^Your phone MAY prompt you for a 4 digit PIN code, which is printed on the reverse side of your SIM card. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Iraq cellular phone number, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 964, then area code 79 and then your Iraq cell phone number. To call abroad from your Iraq cell phone, simply dial 00 or the + key followed by the country code and phone number. To call Telestial you would dial 0018582742686 |

| Adding Airtime |
Your SIM card has an initial airtime credit of $1 and a $30 airtime voucher. Additional credit is available through the purchase of IraqNA 'Scratch' cards (not another SIM card), in Iraq. These airtime vouchers are available in 3 denominations:
- $10 (Valid 25 days)
- $20 (Valid 50 days)
- $30 (Valid 75 days)
Simply scratch off the grey protective layer to reveal your voucher code. When punched into the keypad of your international cell phone, the voucher code will credit your SIM card the respective denomination you purchased.
Airtime vouchers are available locally in Iraq at local Tabac shops, convenience stores, IraqNA shops and Alo authorized dealers.
Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free, even when you run out of airtime. |
