| Activating Your Service |
Your India SIM card will provide you with an India cellular phone number, which can be found on the reverse side of your SIM card packaging.
This service requires registration BEFORE YOU TRAVEL. You will need to provide a scan of your passport, your invoice number, your self attested photograph, proof of identity, signature and proof of address. Please consult our User Guide for further details.
- Travel to India
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Insert your India SIM card into your mobile phone*
- Turn your cell phone on
- Dial 121 and select your desired language
- Start calling**
Customer service for your India Mobile prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 121 and pressing 9 from your India cellular phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized India SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your India cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by your India cell phone number. To call the United States simply dial + (hold down the 0 key until the actual + sign shows up) followed by the country code and phone number. For example, to call Telestial you would dial +18582742686 |

International Calls Making international calls has never been easier with your local India SIM card and international cell phone. | Adding Airtime |
Additional airtime credit is available at vendors with the �Airtel Easy Recharge� option conveniently located throughout India. To recharge your India SIM card, please follow the instructions below.
- Locate a vendor with a sign �Airtel Easy Recharge�
- Tell the vendor your India cellular phone number and amount you wish to recharge
- He will credit your phone
- Pay him the specified amount to complete your recharge
To check your balance, please
- Enter *123# and then press �yes/ok/send�

| Service Life |
Each time you add airtime to your SIM card, the validity period is extended according to each recharge card. If this credit expires, you then have 60 days to recharge the credit on your SIM card. After this time period, the SIM card will expire and any remaining airtime will be forfeit.
