| Activating Your Service |
Your Australia SIM card will provide you with a local Australian cellular phone number. This number can be found inside your SIM card package and will begin with 04.
This service requires registration BEFORE YOU TRAVEL. You will need to provide a scan of your passport, your invoice number, Australia cell phone number, enquiry password, control number, email address and address. Please consult our User Guide for further details.
- Travel to Australia
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Insert the Australia SIM chip into the cellular phone*
- Turn on your phone
- Start calling**
To reach customer service while in Australia, simply dial 887 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
For emergencies while using your local Australia GSM SIM card in Australia please dial 112 from your cell phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Australia SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Australia SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Australia cellular phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 61 and then your Australia cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Australia cell phone simply dial 0011 (or +), the country code (the country code for the U.S. is 1), followed by the phone number. For example, to call Telestial you would dial 0011 (or +) 18582742686 |

Domestic calls to landline phones, mobile phones, and to check voicemail are just AU$0.30 (US$0.27) per minute. Calls are billed at a per second interval.All incoming calls are FREE, regardless from where they originate!
SMS messages are just AU$0.15 (approx. US$0.12) per message, and MMS Messages are just AU$0.75 (approx. US$0.58) per message.
Customer Care: To contact Customer Care, simply dial 887 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Calls to Customer Care are charged at a rate of AU$0.50 (approx. US$0.39) per minute + AU$1.50 (approx. US$1.16) flagfall fee. You may also contact customer support by calling 0410 000 887 from a landline phone. |
International Calls International call rates with the JUST Prepaid Mobile SIM Card are incredibly low, just AU$0.39 (approx. US$0.30) per minute to over 50 countries (including the United States). For a full list of international rates, please click here.

| Adding Airtime |
Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes (not another SIM card) in Australia. Airtime vouchers are available locally in Australia at local Tabac shops, convenience stores (7-11), JUST shops and authorized dealers. To recharge your Australia service, simply follow the instructions below.
- Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
- Dial 888 and press 1 when prompted
- Enter the 12-digit recharge code when prompted
Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime. |

| Service Life |
JUST Prepaid Mobile air credits are valid for 180 days once you have activated your recharge PIN.
Recharge credits are available in denominations of $15, $20, $30 $50 and $100.
If your balance falls to zero, a 30 day grace period applies - during this period you can only receive calls or recharge. If you have not recharged after 30 days your number will be disconnected from the network. |
