| Activating Your Service |
Your Lithuania SIM card will provide you with a Lithuania cellular phone number, which can be found on the front of your SIM card and begins with 689.
- Travel to Lithuania
- Be sure that the battery is adequately charged
- Turn on your phone
- Insert the Lithuania SIM chip into the cellular phone*
- Enter the PIN code^
- Start calling**
Customer service for your Lithuania Bite prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 1501 at any time from your Lithuania cellular phone or 370 699 23230 from a land line. Please note, you do not have to dial the country code 370 if you are calling from a land line in Lithuania.
For your reference, the emergency numbers while in Lithuania are: 02 for Police, 03 for Ambulance, 01 for Fire
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Lithuania SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Lithuania SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^The PUK is only required to unblock your phone if you enter a PIN code incorrectly. Your phone may or may not prompt you for a PIN code. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unlock your phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Lithuania cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 370 and then your Lithuania cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Lithuania cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number. |

 Domestic Calls
Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within Lithuania from your SIM card while you are in Lithuania. All incoming calls, regardless of where they originate, are FREE with your Bite Lithuania SIM card. Your Bite Lithuania SIM card is billed by full minute increments for the first two minutes, then by 30 second increments afterwards.

GPRS Data Rates (Wireless Internet)
GPRS service for your Lithuania Prepaid SIM card is available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, during which time the amount of the transferred data is unlimited. This service is ordered by sending an SMS message to the number 1500. Make sure you include the text "WAP" and one of the following "DAY" / "WEEK" / "MONTH" depending on the time period you wish to activate the service. Note: To use GPRS with your Lithuania GSM cell phone, your cell phone must be specially configured. You can obtain settings by sending an SMS message to the number 1516 and include the text WG in your message. |

| Adding Airtime |
Adding airtime credit to your Lithuania SIM card has never been easier. To recharge your Lithuania service, simply follow the instructions below.
- Purchase a Bite recharge card
- Scratch of the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
- Dial 116 from your mobile phone and enter the recharge voucher code when prompted
- OR
- Enter *141*(recharge voucher code)# and press �yes/ok/send�
To check the balance on your Lithuania SIM card, simply enter *142# and press �yes/ok/send�
REMEMBER: Do NOT purchase another SIM card when your airtime is depleted as purchasing a recharge voucher is enough to keep using your Lithuania service. |

| Service Life |
Your Lithuania SIM card account validity period is 3 months. The validity period starts at the time of your first call on your GSM cell phone while in Lithuania. If do not recharge your Lithuania SIM card within 12 months, your cell phone number will be disconnected and you will have to purchase a new Lithuania SIM card. |
